This menu is fairly complete. Dick prepares some of this while in Seattle, (the dry stuff) and then purchases the perishables and last minute frozen items. Please, if you can't eat something on the menu, let me know, and I will change it. Make suggestions. It’s easy to change now, but not while on the river.

Booze or other personal items are up to the individual to procure and bring along. USUALLY, if you are a drinker, each person brings along one quart of scotch or other favorite. Every night, just before dinner, we usually share someone’s bottle, and everyone has a shot to toast the day and the dinner. Please, buy a flexible plastic bottle from REI, and use that to hold your alchol. Do not bring alcohol in a glass bottle.
